We believe that the initial early childhood encounters with the arts become life-long memories that prompt love for the arts, hobbies, careers, and new ways of seeing, interpreting and questioning the world around us .

Children are our “Guests of Honour” at this exhibition. It has been created with them in mind and will be hung at a lower level for their enjoyment. This fun, salon style show is comprised of a large number of pieces that are certain to lift your spirits and perhaps provide you with a first gift of art for a little one in your life!

On Saturday December 9th, the Diane Farris Gallery will host a Kids Art Party where children are invited to create their own small masterpieces with materials we supply – including the terrific new Chihuly Art Kits. Please drop in between 2 and 4 pm for a delightful afternoon and take home the work of your very own prodigy.

Artists will be on hand to help!!! Cookies & refreshments will be served!
